Additional Columns for the Hierarchy Import Tool
It would be great if the following additional optional fields could be added to the Hierarchy Import Tool:

Hover card for more information in lowest zoom level
Current state:
When zoomed out to the lowest level the cards on the board show no information. When hovering over a card it shows the card type only.Request:

Generate notification when card skips "In Progress" columns
When WIP limits are violated, a red notification is generated. If a team member skips "In Progress" columns and violates the team's workflow (e.g. in order to avoid WIP violations), no notification is generated.
In my opinion this type of action deserves a notification. And I also believe this notification deserves a special color (either red or another color that highlights the importance of this kind of notification).

All Cards Export needs to include Parent Card ID column
When you export all the data for all cards, there needs to be a column for the Parent ID of each card. Since there can only be one parent for any specific card, it seems like this would be easy to add.

Provide metrics for each team's (column's) performance with drill down capabilities
Currently, your application provides metrics at an aggregate level for lead time, cycle time, work and wait time based on archived cards only. It will be very helpful, if it can provide work time, wait time and cards processed for each team on the board so that each team can see if it is getting better or worse or at same level. If it is getting better or worse then the drill down to the relevant cards will help us determine what caused the improvement / degradation. Make Calendar Feature for with Filters for Boards and Users
Currently, the Home view has a calendar where I can see any task that I'm assigned to with a due date attached to it. This is great. However, I need to manage a team of people, and would like to see their dated tasks on the calendar as well.
I suggest making a standard calendar feature, which allows you to filter dated tasks by users and boards. This would allow me to view all of my team's dated tasks, from multiple boards on the calendar.

allow me to change which fields are shown in the backlog view
For example, I'd like to see who owns the backlog items, and filter the backlog by owner, so that I can change the owner of those.

Allowing configuration of Backlog view is not planned, but we can certainly add the ‘owner’ field in the view so that you can filter cards by owner.

Display the current owner's name on card prominently to drive ownership and right behavior
We have currently well over 100 users & growing spread across 3 venues in USA using this application. We may not know all of them by face but know most by name having exchanged emails etc. Currently, the system does not allow names to be displayed prominently. The space for a photo icon gets abused as some tend to use it with different images (cartoon, car etc). From a visual management perspective, if the current owner's name is prominently displayed, it will drive a sense of ownership and right behavior. allow selection of a floating end date for analytics
Currently selecting start and end dates for analytics locks in the dates and must be updated on subsequent dates. It would be beneficial to be able to select floating dates, such as end on current date, or show past X days/weeks/months.

In order to easier and quickly onboard/invite new users - it would be nice to just populate "email address" to send an invitation: and let the user itself populate his own login ID and other details

allow users to edit card types after creating them
It's very unclear if it's possible to change a card type description once it's created. So far, I can't do it. Please make it more obvious how to do that.

Enhance the new personal view
I like the new personal view when you hit the little house and can see all the cards you are working on. I'd also like to be able to quickly see all the cards that I have individual tasks on. On our team, a lot of use have tasks inside of cards managed by others on the team.

Easier configuration of board
Clicking on the gear icon in order to edit each and every lane and sub-lane as I configure a new board is painfully slow. Is there a way to allow editing of columns and lanes without clicking on the gear icon in order accomplish every task from change the column label to adding additional lanes or sub-lanes

Please Expand the export to include every factor from cards used
Right now the export gathers only a part of all the data. As Six Sigma Black Belts we help others to gather cycle time, workforce management, defects and waste over time and between factors. Please respond

I have defined a new field on my cards: department. I would love to use the values of this field to instantiate smart lanes.

Defining own card fields with users as value
I saw the special type "userRef" on cards an I would use it for own fields. Is that possible?

Thanks for the suggestion..Definitely would be time saving for a large team and also instead the updating the field every time a new member added/removed we will keep the team list updated.

Pressing 'Enter' should commit changes and close the dialog
Hello,
For example, when I am editing a lane and change the WIP-Limit I would expect that pressing enter should close the dialog and the change is applied (like when creating a new card). For my opinion, the behaviour is not consistent yet.

View Actual Time Spent on Card
To know the time spent working on card, one has to deduct the Total Blocked Time from the Total Working Time. This is tad cumbersome. It would be better if you can show the Actual Time Spent on the card directly OR exclude the Blocked Time from Total Working Time.

Be able to change smart swim lanes even with cards on the board
The Smart swim lanes are great but the restriction of setting up the board before any work is flowing is a major problem.

Yes, we do plan to remove some of the restrictions that we implemented initially, to ensure metrics are not completely thrown off track. The first change would be to allow switching from Smartlane by attribute to custom Smart lanes that we’ll release in next few weeks.
The restrictions that’ll remain would be when you have different value-stream for each SmartLane. For e.g. If you have defined Smart-lanes based on Card types, each having a different value stream and then you switch to Smart-lane by priority, it’s hard to fathom which lane the existing card should go
We would love to discuss this with you in detail over email and see if you have suggestions/ ideas around it.
