Allow the option to pin the autohide toolbar
While the auto-hiding of the toolbar is nice for visibility of cards, especially on smaller displays, it would be beneficial to be able to pin it when actively using the board. This is especially true when the board is not on a single monitor system. On dual monitors, it is easy to overshoot the popup toolbar when the board is not on the leftmost screen.

Hi Rob,
This feature is implemented and now the user can pin the sliding tool bar.

Looks like you implemented it, but didn't shift the workspace to accommodate the pinned toolbar. now it blocks cards. please shift the workspace when pinned.
