Avoid referring to people as "Resources"
The practice of referring to people as "resources" is something which I'm not quite keen on (https://dzone.com/articles/people-are-resilience-creators-not-resources).
So it would be nice if we can have a different terminology within SwiftKanban UI in order to avoid promoting that practice.

Hi Yavor,
Please can you let us know in which part of the product you found ‘resources’ term.As generally we are using either ‘People’ or ‘Team members’ terms throughout the product.

One more place: in Board Filter one of the dimensions is called "Resource"

I found it under people management - when I edit specific person - there is an option called "Is Shared Resource". And a related option on Board policies (allowing shared resources flag).
