For multiple card owners do not change agent when moving cards
If I have a card assigned to more than one person then the card should not change the assignation when it is moved. The only exception should be if the person who moved it isn't part of the team currently assigned.

Hi Masa,
Thanks for your feedback. We have implemented a new policy that governs the auto-assignment of card on pull.
This feature is now live on the servers and hope it’ll be useful.

Can you tell me how to implement this? Our company (Optum) has a central control on card design, so I would like to let them know how to prevent the auto-assign when cards get moved by someone other than the owner.
