Improve Support Response
As a company that provides a tool to help businesses with the through put or flow of their work, your response times to support inquiries creates a bottleneck in workflow. It's ironic this is the case considering the product you offer. If one has to pay for support, that should be made clear. You should provide a chat feature for support if customers can't call. I would rather call than chat. I would rather chat than wait 2-3 days for a response. If there's a price for that please advise. I need help setting things up like I need them to work to see if your system will work for my business. I used your system about 2-3 yrs ago and didn't get very far then because the support was lacking. It seems that things have not changed much in that respect. Create a Youtube channel of how to videos.
