Currently we using a competing tool but are keen to work with your tool (after the recommendation of David Anderson) After playing around for a couple of hours one of the biggest draw backs that I have found is the lack of ability to use an identifier to link to an external system. We have an Issue Management system (and an in-house customer support system), accessed by a unique number/url. I understand that a link could be added into the description as a "link" but this is not easily visible on the card, and would need many "clicks" to get into the other system; with the current tool this is one click directly from the card, this will open another window directly into the system. We have been using the tool for almost 2 years now and there a few more "enhancements" that I can see that would benefit your tool, but this one would stop us at the moment from making the move.
