get rid of dashboard.
I don't see what value this feature adds. I think it serves to confuse new users looking for their boards. I frequently get questions from people saying that their board is blank. I have even had someone attempt to make a kanban board on the dashboard. I have not figured out how this is supposed to be useful.

I second Katie. It's rather useless, the Calendar looks messy and it's hardly customizable (at least in my case, the changes I make are never saved.) The only useful part, I feel, is the overview of what I currently have in progress across multiple boards.
