You can delete a lane if there are no ‘live’ cards on the board. To delete a lane, you need to move the cards in the previous lane and then delete the lane. If the lane is divided into child lanes and the child lane has live cards on the board, you can delete the child lane. The cards will be moved to the previous child lane automatically.
To delete a lane:
1. Navigate to the Kanban Board of your project and click the Modify Process icon on the toolbar to go to the Board Editor view.
2. Click the Configure icon of the required lane.
3. Click the Delete icon. Click OK in the confirmation message window.
