1. Lane description format is lost after saving

   For a smart lane description (this may also happen with regular lanes). Type a description with a format such as the one bellow:

   ---

   POLITICAS:
   1. Debe ser revisada de inmediato por el PM or el DRI-Base para que él determine si de hecho se sigue considerando como express
   2. El impacto económico negativo de hacerlo express es menor al impacto económico negativo de hacerlo no-urgente

   DESCRIPCIÓN DE ESTE CARRIL:

   Una tarea de clase express es aquella de carácter urgente. Puede ser por un motivo negativo (ejemplo, se cae el servicio) o positivo (algo nuevo que el cliente necesita e muy corto tiempo y por el cual nos va a pagar muuuucho dinero). Desde el punto de vista económico, si el impacto económico negativo de hacerlo urgente.

   Once saving that description the format shows correctly when doing mouse-over. However if I were to go back to edit the description the format is lost.

   Please make sure to preserve the format so that when editing it there's no need to re-format.

   I would like to select specific notifications that I want to subscribe to, i.e. when a WIP limit is exceeded.
