Count Story Points
It would be great if SwiftKanban provided a feature which would allow for story points of multiple cards to be summed up so that during the sprint planning and review sessions, story points could be identified for either the completed cards or cards being pulled into a sprint.
This could be implemented in one of two ways (or both):
1. Allow multiple cards to be selected and then Swift would indicate the total story points for the selected cards.
2. Story card points could be rolled up to the top of the column so you could see the sum of…9 votesHi Mark,
This can be achieved via the Sprint view where you can track the progress of the sprint via Estimates i.e can be set as story points.The manager will enter the capacity of each sprint in story points .As the cards are added in the in the sprint the capacity and progress will be updated based on card estimates(story points).

Enable linking subtasks
For the tasks may be related subtasks to be executed following the development. To enable these tasks to include tickets to score, also informing the date, time and name of the member that included the subtask. When each subtask is performed the member who made mark as completed.

Allow to change dates in logs
Please, allow isers to change not only the Date Identified, but also the dates when a card was moved to 'ready' from 'backlog', from 'ready' to 'in-progress' and from 'in-progress' to 'done'. This feuture will allow me transfer my ongoing projects to your platform and save all data to perform analytics.

Please note the fields of movements log like work time,wait time,block time and cycle time are computed fields in the product.There are calculated based on the card movement across the board columns.We understand your requirement but will be unable to address it.

Multiple avatars/pictures
It would be nice to quickly see all the faces (avatars/pictures) when hovering over the Owner part on a card if there are multiple owners.

Showing all the Avataar/ pictures could take up a lot of space. Though, we have recently done some improvements on this area and show the names of all members and clicking on that opens the list with avatars. Do check it out and let us know if you like that.

Add due date to "Add Card"
Right Now, when you use Add Card, the only fields are Description and Card Type. Due Date would be an excellent addition!

There are 2 option in the product to add card.One is quick add where you can right click on the board here we only ask the description and name of the card.Second option is Add via Toolbar this option will open the complete card pop-up and user will have to add all mandatory attributes to add a card.
Depending on the need you can select option 1 or option 2

Check box on selecting participants names
I think that it will be amazing and much easier if
instead of pressing ctrl+(scroll to the list with the names) to select the participants to a kanban card
we could have a check box in front of each name and afterwards those selected names will go automatically to the top of the name list.2 votesHi Perakis,
You need press control to select multiple users but for the scrolling we have a solution.In case if you want to search Adam,Max and David.Then you can use the comma separated search string as Ada,Ma,Da this will give you the relevant search results with 3 guys and there is no need to scroll further.

Attachment file size increase
If it is possible, please increase the maximum attachment file size for the card from 10MB to 15MB. For some big cards, it is not possible to reduce checklist (excel) size below 10 MB even after compressing the images and compressing the file

Notification bug after card transfer says "deleted"
Very confusing: When someone transfers cards from one board to another, I get a notification that the card has been deleted in the origin board. This should be fixed and users be notified about the move rather than telling them a card was "deleted".

If you transfer the card from Board A to Board B.Then the orignal card is deleted from Board A and new card is created in the Board B with details of the cards copied.As you have enable notification in Board A for delete cards you are getting notified.

Card creation
It would be great to be able to add comments and move the card to the proper column upon creation.

Thanks for the feedback.But as per the current product design first the cards are created and unique id is assigned .Later other operations related to cards like move,comment,attachment,etc… can be performed.

View card name in each tab
It would be great to be able to see the card name either at the top or bottom of each tab.

Thanks for the suggestion but the top and bottom on the cards we have kept reserved for the card id and fields to keep the cards aligned with the physical cards designed where cards name is always in the center.

Board editor menu list improvement
The board editor menu lists the Card Types and the Card Designer menu options away from each other. It may make better UI if they are next to each other.

Outlook Add-In: Kanban Labeling for Improved Organization and Searching
I'm not aware of any open web APIs available to Swift Kanban, otherwise I'd have attempted to create a solution for this myself.
I'd love to see an Outlook add-in to help with organizing, labeling and quickly finding email communications pertaining to archived and current Kanban cards/projects. The inbox view could allow you to "tag" or label existing email conversations simply by selecting the Kanban card number/project name from a drop down list within Outlook's Add-In or toolbar ribbon. Self-service for people registration
In order to reduce the time for administration of people's accounts and to allow them to fine-tune their settings (login id, names, timezone, etc.) it may be helpful to have a possibility to invite users by:
a) sending them a special registration url; or

We do understand the pain which the administrator has to gone on user creation.But certain basic details are required before user creation in the product like first name and last name.Every organization have certain login id norms which are needed to be followed and hence these right are provided to the admin.
Having said this we have LDAP and SSO integration to ease the pain of user management.

Similar to Facebook, permit the user entering a comment to message to another user (e.g. @bobuser).

This is already part of product where in the comments section if you start with ‘@’ symbol. As you type the name, a drop-down menu appears that allows you to select from your list of team-mates with matching text.

Changing layout of the Backlog
I would love to create a column layout inside the backlog to structure it. E.g. we have recourring tasks where columns like "monthly" or "weekly" would be perfect!

You could delete the entire project in this case by Navigating to the Project Profile view and clicking ‘Delete’ icon.
Will that not suffice? Let us know if you still feel the need to have multi-delete option. We can discuss and understand your specific usecase.

Show all projects in one view (exploded)
If working with several projects it would be nice to se all projects in one view.

Allow spaces in passwords
I tried to enter a reasonably long password containing a space and was told that I'd used an illegal character. This seems silly.

YIKES! "Data error." in list of backlog cards IE9
Had created 11 new cards in the backlog and 3 in Ready.Tried to create another new backlog card. I now see "Data error." in the action column of the list of backlog cards (instead of the new card I was trying to add). The only other problem I had creating that card is that I couldn't enter a due date. Clicking on the calendar card appeared to do nothing and it wouldn't let me type into the field.

Card details: ToDo list bug
Go to a card detail and add several To Do's. Then try to edit the actual time or the Remaining time.
Result is it can't be edited.
I tried this on Firefox on a MacBook Air. Not sure if this happens on other browsers.0 votesHi Masa,
Please change the current status of the TODO from Pending to In-Progress to update the actual and remaining hours in TODO.
