  1. fix the pixel-positioning of the menus.

    When I go to ProjectName > Cards > Backlog, half the time I miss the Backlog and go right off the menu because the submenu that has Backlog etc. on it is too far below the top line of the Cards item.

    Both the menu and the submenu have a 7-pixel margin of dead space (counting the border and the margin), making it that much harder to select an item. In addition, the "Backlog" menu border is lined up with the active highlighted portion of "Cards", which means that if I put my mouse near the top of the word…

  2. Provide metrics for each team's (column's) performance with drill down capabilities

    Currently, your application provides metrics at an aggregate level for lead time, cycle time, work and wait time based on archived cards only. It will be very helpful, if it can provide work time, wait time and cards processed for each team on the board so that each team can see if it is getting better or worse or at same level. If it is getting better or worse then the drill down to the relevant cards will help us determine what caused the improvement / degradation.   3. Display the current owner's name on card prominently to drive ownership and right behavior

    We have currently well over 100 users & growing spread across 3 venues in USA using this application. We may not know all of them by face but know most by name having exchanged emails etc. Currently, the system does not allow names to be displayed prominently. The space for a photo icon gets abused as some tend to use it with different images (cartoon, car etc). From a visual management perspective, if the current owner's name is prominently displayed, it will drive a sense of ownership and right behavior.   4. Be able to change smart swim lanes even with cards on the board

    The Smart swim lanes are great but the restriction of setting up the board before any work is flowing is a major problem.

    Hi Andrei,

    Yes, we do plan to remove some of the restrictions that we implemented initially, to ensure metrics are not completely thrown off track. The first change would be to allow switching from Smartlane by attribute to custom Smart lanes that we’ll release in next few weeks.

    The restrictions that’ll remain would be when you have different value-stream for each SmartLane. For e.g. If you have defined Smart-lanes based on Card types, each having a different value stream and then you switch to Smart-lane by priority, it’s hard to fathom which lane the existing card should go

    We would love to discuss this with you in detail over email and see if you have suggestions/ ideas around it.

  5. allow me to change which fields are shown in the backlog view

    For example, I'd like to see who owns the backlog items, and filter the backlog by owner, so that I can change the owner of those.

    Hi Andrew,

    Allowing configuration of Backlog view is not planned, but we can certainly add the ‘owner’ field in the view so that you can filter cards by owner.

  6. Enable export a task for another project

    IIn the management of more than one project may be a need to export a task for another project in the event that projects are similar or related. Quickly move or copy the task.

    HI Luiz,

    We do have export/ import of cards. are you expecting any other type of export? We need a bit of clarification to understand the need for this. Request you to elaborate on this.

  7. Task effort shouldn't have a unit of time associated with it.

    The tasks shouldn't be labeled with Days or it should be configurable.
    Maybe some tasks will take 30 minutes, some 2 hours and others will take 2 days.
