Provide option for a user to only be able to view certain lanes within a Board that they have access to
We currently have an Operations Board that contains lanes for all our individual Clients which our internal DEV team access and use.
We were wondering if view/access permissions could be set up to provide a Client with access to our Operations Board but only have visibility to their specific lane so that we do not need to create a separate Board for sharing the progress of their DEV work.1 voteHi Yavor,

TODO tasks as child cards
In order to streamline the approach with working with hierarchical work items and to bring greater flexibility - it would be useful to unify the approaches in viewing and managing TODOs and Child cards.
Background:
Currently it's possible to organize hierarchical work items in two ways:
a) As cards with TODO subtasks
b) As cards with parent-child links- That may lead to some confusion (e.g. "which of both options should I choose?");
- And difficulty (e.g. "I started with option (a) but now I see that option (b) is more appropriate").
Some ideas:

The limit of 4 boards of Trial is exceeded having 3 boards only
I'm now experimenting with a Trial account stating that its limited to 4 Boards. However now I have only 3 boards - yet I'm getting a warning "Your account has reached the maximum board limit. You can't add any new board".
Maybe that's because I have earlier created and deleted another board: yet, it's quite confusing.

SwiftKanban users management
In order to easier and quickly onboard/invite new users - it would be nice to just populate "email address" to send an invitation: and let the user itself populate his own login ID and other details

Avoid referring to people as "Resources"
The practice of referring to people as "resources" is something which I'm not quite keen on (https://dzone.com/articles/people-are-resilience-creators-not-resources).
So it would be nice if we can have a different terminology within SwiftKanban UI in order to avoid promoting that practice.

Improve Email ID and Login ID management
In order a single person to be able to easier register and work with multiple accounts it would be nice to:
Allow using characters like + in email ID and login ID. This is in order to be able to register accounts with addresses like e.g. nikolov.javor+org1@gmail.com and nikolov.javor+org2@gmail.com
It's not very clear now why Login ID should be a valid e-mail address? When using multiple accounts, in order to avoid the user of having multiple e-mail addresses: it would be good to allow Login ID which is not an e-mail address.

All Cards Export needs to include Parent Card ID column
When you export all the data for all cards, there needs to be a column for the Parent ID of each card. Since there can only be one parent for any specific card, it seems like this would be easy to add.

Make Calendar Feature for with Filters for Boards and Users
Currently, the Home view has a calendar where I can see any task that I'm assigned to with a due date attached to it. This is great. However, I need to manage a team of people, and would like to see their dated tasks on the calendar as well.
I suggest making a standard calendar feature, which allows you to filter dated tasks by users and boards. This would allow me to view all of my team's dated tasks, from multiple boards on the calendar.

CFD needs to show the entire board
The CFD will only show one smart lane at a time. I would like to see all of the lanes at the same time and individually. My board has 36 smart lanes. I need to be able to see each smart lane separately and at the program level I need to see the cumulative status.

Title the CFD with the lane that is reflected in the Data
The CFD has no title and there is no way to know which Data is being shown. This is related to the bigger problem that you can't see the CFD for the entire board.

allow users to edit card types after creating them
It's very unclear if it's possible to change a card type description once it's created. So far, I can't do it. Please make it more obvious how to do that.

Why isn't there a series of keyboard shortcuts to quickly create cards, etc.? It would be really really useful to have them and save time.

Policies Assurance (Quality and Goals)
To move a card to another lane, could pop up the policies validation with check options. The policies assurance that all quality required and goals are done.

Enhance the new personal view
I like the new personal view when you hit the little house and can see all the cards you are working on. I'd also like to be able to quickly see all the cards that I have individual tasks on. On our team, a lot of use have tasks inside of cards managed by others on the team.

Adding analytics to dashboard, exporting analytics report.
I would like to be able to add an analytics card distribution report to my dashboard and also export the report to PDF for reporting up purposes.

Automatically move child card to Release & Sprint
Business Problem:
Identifying and moving every child card of an EPIC to Release/Sprint when the EPIC is already planned for a specific Release/Sprint.Use Case:
1> An epic EPIC1, EPIC2, EPIC3 is created and planned for a Release ABC & Sprint PQR
2> We start creating child cards UST1, UST2, UST3 under EPIC1. Similarly we add more userstories to EPIC2 and EPIC3

Easier configuration of board
Clicking on the gear icon in order to edit each and every lane and sub-lane as I configure a new board is painfully slow. Is there a way to allow editing of columns and lanes without clicking on the gear icon in order accomplish every task from change the column label to adding additional lanes or sub-lanes

Please Expand the export to include every factor from cards used
Right now the export gathers only a part of all the data. As Six Sigma Black Belts we help others to gather cycle time, workforce management, defects and waste over time and between factors. Please respond

allow 'custom Id' on cards
The default id's based on 'type of the card + number' (card1, card2. card3...) are not 'self-explained', it's very difficult to associate this Id to the task, that might be better represent by a tag or acronym.
I suggest that we could use customized id's, specially on the 2nd level of the kanban board and on the Board PlayBack view.2 votesHi Roadrigo,
