  1. add a "my role" column to the screen: "my boards"

    In the "My Boards" screen the system displays a list of all the boards that I have access to, with a lot of columns. But I believe a column that's more important is that I need to see what's my role with each of these boards: manager, member, or reader.

  2. Send (email) notification when someone replies to my comment

    When I post a comment on a card and someone replies to it (without tagging me in the comment), I would like to receive an email notification about the reply to my comment. Currently, users oftentimes do not notice that someone replied to their comment without explicitly tagging their names.

  5. Customize Report Section - the report section has limited options/fields to customize. e.g. report by due date is not an option now.

  6. better formatting for explicit policies on columns

    Its fantastic that Swiftkanban supports explicit policies.

    Having the card pinned to the top of the column is great.

    However, in practice I find the description field too limiting. Without any option to format the text (using bullet points or numbered lists for instance) the field is really limited to writing a very short sentence or two. I find this inadequate.

    I realise there is support for linking, but this too is inadequate. I want the policies available to the team without having to consult a separate document.

    I propose that the description field editor be given the full formatting…

  7. Limit the amount of "what's new" info you give

    Please stop showing me "what's new" every single time I log in week after week. Once I've dismissed it once, that's enough.

  8. Card Description Templates, please!

    Hi, mates!

    I know that you already Terminated this ideia [https://swiftkanban.uservoice.com/forums/85253-ideas-suggestions/suggestions/44371146-card-description-templates-please?] telling us about the clone cards, but as a customer centric company, that we believe you really are, we would really appreciate you reconsider the idea of creating CARD TEMPLATES (at least launching Card Description Templates as a Minimum Viable Product for those card level templates)

  9. Improve Support Response

    As a company that provides a tool to help businesses with the through put or flow of their work, your response times to support inquiries creates a bottleneck in workflow. It's ironic this is the case considering the product you offer. If one has to pay for support, that should be made clear. You should provide a chat feature for support if customers can't call. I would rather call than chat. I would rather chat than wait 2-3 days for a response. If there's a price for that please advise. I need help setting things up like I need them…

  11. Add possibility to show lead time and/or cycle time to card

    it is very awesome to see lead time directly on card. It helps to visualize possible blocker to prevent.

  12. on the To-do screen make it auto-size the "name" column.

    I sometimes try to add status, metadata, next steps in the Name column so I can keep context.

    Or else add a "notes" field for the To-Dos. Maybe that holds 2000 characters. I would like that too.

    I have a picture of this but it doesnt look like your feedback form accepts attachments.

  13. Disable skipping any column

    As its never advisable to skip any column except REWORK (if not required), can you please DISABLE skipping the column so that card would not end up in wrong column. The reason is, when I click and hold a card, as soon as drag it to next column the WEBPAGE scrolls to right automatically and its ends up skipping the column.

  14. Stop auto assigning cards to the user who moves them

    Can you please add in an options that allows you to turn of the auto assign when you move a card through the board, its adding in extra steps when I then have to reassign all cards back to the actual owner

  15. Board colours changed using a colour wheel

    The current layout of colours to choose from for the columns etc. is difficult to use as there is no logical order. Also, there is no way to add your own colours, such as with a colour wheel.
    Please change it so that you can choose colours using a colour wheel and with the colours arranged in an order that makes sense. It's driving me insane!

  16. Swimlanes snap to the end of the page

    Visually it would look much nicer if the swimlanes would snap to the end of the screen if it doesn't go over the width (this is done in kanbanize)

  17. Feature request: daily delta

    it would be great if the board filters included one that allow us to see only what changed from one day to another (between the yesterday and today figuratively speaking... it could be what has changed in the last N hours were N can be configured by the user).

  18. Enhanced filtering

    Suggest a couple of filtering options...

    1. Filter by key word.
    2. Filter by Parent card and show the parent + child cards. like linked cards view but within the swim lane / columns

  19. Would like search results to honor the filter they are ran under

    I am an individual contributor and I always have my board set to filter to only me.

    When I search I am interested in searching only my cards. Now when I search for "AIX" I get 20 cards in the result. It is hard to tell which ones are mine.

    Is there a way to do this today? If not maybe this would be worthwhile.
