  1. Board colours changed using a colour wheel

    The current layout of colours to choose from for the columns etc. is difficult to use as there is no logical order. Also, there is no way to add your own colours, such as with a colour wheel.
    Please change it so that you can choose colours using a colour wheel and with the colours arranged in an order that makes sense. It's driving me insane!

  2. CFD needs to show the entire board

    The CFD will only show one smart lane at a time. I would like to see all of the lanes at the same time and individually. My board has 36 smart lanes. I need to be able to see each smart lane separately and at the program level I need to see the cumulative status.

  4. add the optional ability to post backlog in a column on the visible board view

    On a physical kanban board, you can have an area to "display" the backlog along with the WIP which gives upstream and downstream stakeholders the ability to look into your backlog and see what you (or the operational review board) did not select for prioritizing. This is very often useful when not everyone who has a stake in your work can attend every prioritization meeting and you have a relatively high velocity and variable WIP flow.

  5. Allow us to freeze the column headings when scrolling down the list of cards

    when scrolling down a long list of cards, you lose the column headings. Allow us to freeze them like you can in Excel spreadsheets so you can always see the column name when scrolling to the bottom of the page.

  6. Blocked cards report

    I want to see a report of all blocked cards along with the blocking reason and the blocker's comment.
    I need to this report in order to identify quickly and easily which blockers i need to solve since not every blocked card means a problem.
    For example, in my project cards are blocked when their owner is on vacation.

  7. Swimlanes snap to the end of the page

    Visually it would look much nicer if the swimlanes would snap to the end of the screen if it doesn't go over the width (this is done in kanbanize)

  8. Task effort shouldn't have a unit of time associated with it.

    The tasks shouldn't be labeled with Days or it should be configurable.
    Maybe some tasks will take 30 minutes, some 2 hours and others will take 2 days.

  9. Read only access without using up licences

    We would like to share the project information sometimes with other stakeholders. To do this we would have to map them to one of the existing roles, but this eats into our available license pool. It would be nice if we could allow temporary read-only access for some users at a project level (probably using their email address as a logon).

    Would it be possible to add a visual band or dot to see the project status (R/Y/G) on every card at a glance?

  11. Add new role "Stakeholder"

    The "Stakeholder" role should be similar to the "Reader" role, but with one additional permission: "Stakeholders" are able to create cards and add them to the Backlog only.

    Hi Rodolfo,

    Thanks for your feedback.

    Do you see this as any issue in giving the ‘Member’ role to such stakeholders? If they can add cards to backlog, they might as well want to add it on the board for expediting the requests. But they’ll not be able to delete any.

    We’ll surely think over it and see if it’s a generic request for other users as well.

    Thanks for the suggestion. Yes, it would be a very nice feature. We are enable a basic time capturing in the coming release ad will explore if a pomodoro timer can feed the time capture.

  13. Automatically move child card to Release & Sprint

    Business Problem:
    Identifying and moving every child card of an EPIC to Release/Sprint when the EPIC is already planned for a specific Release/Sprint.

    Use Case:
    1> An epic EPIC1, EPIC2, EPIC3 is created and planned for a Release ABC & Sprint PQR
    2> We start creating child cards UST1, UST2, UST3 under EPIC1. Similarly we add more userstories to EPIC2 and EPIC3
    3> After brainstorming we have added 10 Userstories to each EPIC. 4> Now we have Total 30 Userstories to be moved in Sprint PQR

    These Userstories should be automatically moved to Release ABC and Sprint PQR automatically as…

  15. Functionality for cards in the Archive

    1. It would be great to be able to see card details in the archive
    2. Alternatively, It should be allowed to move cards back to the last column in a lane from the archive

    1.Thanks for the feedback we added the feature request in backlog.

    2.For moving the cards from archive to last column we will request you to use the Add from Archive feature and move the card as required across board.

  17. Generate notification when card skips "In Progress" columns

    When WIP limits are violated, a red notification is generated. If a team member skips "In Progress" columns and violates the team's workflow (e.g. in order to avoid WIP violations), no notification is generated.

    In my opinion this type of action deserves a notification. And I also believe this notification deserves a special color (either red or another color that highlights the importance of this kind of notification).

  18. All Cards Export needs to include Parent Card ID column

    When you export all the data for all cards, there needs to be a column for the Parent ID of each card. Since there can only be one parent for any specific card, it seems like this would be easy to add.

  19. Hover card for more information in lowest zoom level

    Current state:
    When zoomed out to the lowest level the cards on the board show no information. When hovering over a card it shows the card type only.

    Request:
    When hovering over the card, at a minimum the card title is shown.

  20. Provide metrics for each team's (column's) performance with drill down capabilities

    Currently, your application provides metrics at an aggregate level for lead time, cycle time, work and wait time based on archived cards only. It will be very helpful, if it can provide work time, wait time and cards processed for each team on the board so that each team can see if it is getting better or worse or at same level. If it is getting better or worse then the drill down to the relevant cards will help us determine what caused the improvement / degradation.
