Messages above the Kanban board
I'd like to display a simple Message like "Stay focused on the goal" or "Finish your work" above the Kanban board.

Quick task list display
It would be nice to quickly see if there are tasks on a card without opening the actual card or task list (i.e. If hovering over the task icon the list would get displayed).

Card type traceability (by Admin)
It would be nice to see who has added a card type in Admin/Settings? It would also be good to see in what project(s) the card is used. (could be used for cleaning out un-used card types).

Please add ability to interact with Graphic reports (like LeanKitKanBan) with sliders
The ability to move a slider up and down the X or Y axis of any graph is a powerful way to view performance in the time frame or area of focus. it basically amplifies the signal to noise ratio - allowing users to focus on the specific behavior area of importance

Don't allow archive without viewing incomplete tasks.
When moving cards from one lane to another, any incomplete tasks pop up to be addressed, however if you archive a card, there is no visibility that you have incomplete tasks.

add the optional ability to post backlog in a column on the visible board view
On a physical kanban board, you can have an area to "display" the backlog along with the WIP which gives upstream and downstream stakeholders the ability to look into your backlog and see what you (or the operational review board) did not select for prioritizing. This is very often useful when not everyone who has a stake in your work can attend every prioritization meeting and you have a relatively high velocity and variable WIP flow.

Cost of Delay or Value field
Is there consideration for creating a visible field for valuing the card work item? Hours is nice for understanding estimate of completion for the card, but there are times when having a positive or negative value for $ cost of the card (especially if delayed) would help prioritize and otherwise determine proper sequencing of cards based on that value estimation.

Subscribe to specific notifications
I would like to select specific notifications that I want to subscribe to, i.e. when a WIP limit is exceeded.

Thanks for the suggestion. Yes, it would be a very nice feature. We are enable a basic time capturing in the coming release ad will explore if a pomodoro timer can feed the time capture.

Generate notification when card skips "In Progress" columns
When WIP limits are violated, a red notification is generated. If a team member skips "In Progress" columns and violates the team's workflow (e.g. in order to avoid WIP violations), no notification is generated.
In my opinion this type of action deserves a notification. And I also believe this notification deserves a special color (either red or another color that highlights the importance of this kind of notification).

Loading of Kanban Board
When the kanban board is loaded instead of loading the kanban board in static view shoiwng lanes and the card ,it would be great if there cards are shown moving into the each lane is a group.

Option to create image or video card to communicate
There should be an option to create a image or video card so instead of going on in the attachment section .User can double click on the card and view the image or video in popup.

Export/import feature improvement
The export import feature is currently dreadful. Currently it exports date formats that are incompatable with import. This does not facilitate ease of use when attempting to move cards from one board to another. Either make card movement easier to do or fix the import/export feature.

We regret the inconvenience caused but can you please elaborate the issue a bit more?
Are you saying that when you export cards to excel, it changes the date format and throw error while importing ? Ideally, it shouldn’t happen, unless there’s some setting in excel that’s messing it up.
We’ll investigate this immediately and see if anything needs to be resolved.

Provide metrics for each team's (column's) performance with drill down capabilities
Currently, your application provides metrics at an aggregate level for lead time, cycle time, work and wait time based on archived cards only. It will be very helpful, if it can provide work time, wait time and cards processed for each team on the board so that each team can see if it is getting better or worse or at same level. If it is getting better or worse then the drill down to the relevant cards will help us determine what caused the improvement / degradation. fix the pixel-positioning of the menus.
When I go to ProjectName > Cards > Backlog, half the time I miss the Backlog and go right off the menu because the submenu that has Backlog etc. on it is too far below the top line of the Cards item.
Both the menu and the submenu have a 7-pixel margin of dead space (counting the border and the margin), making it that much harder to select an item. In addition, the "Backlog" menu border is lined up with the active highlighted portion of "Cards", which means that if I put my mouse near the top of the word…

Display the current owner's name on card prominently to drive ownership and right behavior
We have currently well over 100 users & growing spread across 3 venues in USA using this application. We may not know all of them by face but know most by name having exchanged emails etc. Currently, the system does not allow names to be displayed prominently. The space for a photo icon gets abused as some tend to use it with different images (cartoon, car etc). From a visual management perspective, if the current owner's name is prominently displayed, it will drive a sense of ownership and right behavior.
