A visual indicator of current demand and delivery rate on the main board
I would like to display on the board the current rate of demand and delivery rate of the board. I would use this help communicate the status of our ability to meet demand.

With in each column, be able to group cards by certain types
In a column with a large number of cards, it would be helpful to group cards by priority, size, tags, etc. to help focus visibility on the type of work that is going on.

Enhance the UX to visually help communicate information
Examples include
- a legend of what card type a color represents
- When WIP limits are reached, the lane is highlighted not just the number
- Priority indicator through stars is not effective, its hard differentiate between low, med, high...
- Use badges above the title to represent information about the card: size, priority, class, etc. (Make it configurable.)

Show a Warning Message when someone wants to Delete an Individual who is an Administrator
When someone deletes the only administrator from a Kanban board it would be good to give the user a warning that says something like. Are you sure you want to delete this administrator? If you do so then the board will be deleted.
Or even more direct a warning that says "Warning you are about to delete you kanban board. I just delete a board and it was not a big deal because I did not have a bunch of cards - that said I could see where this could cause a lot of frustration for some.

The card export process could use a user verification ...
... before starting the export. I clicked export by mistake and had to wait for the process to complete.

Support smaller than and bigger than (< and >) charachters in descriptions
When I use smaller than and bigger than characters, in a form that resembles an XML-tag, I'd like to see those characters after saving and reopening the card.
It seems that the text I enter isn't escaped/unescaped correctly, so that the UI and browser think "<placeholder>" is a tag it must process, instead of just text in a description.

improve user experience
Please make it remember my filter settings
Please remember my slider bar size settings
Please provide a feature that allows me to see all my tickets in all lanes and auto-minimizes the lanes that I don't have tickets in.
Please make minimized lanes take up less room.
Please improve performance when board has lots of tickets1 voteHi Jacques,
Thanks for feedback/ suggestions on SwiftKanban. We are indeed saving the slider bar size setting. Are you facing any issue with it?
We’ll certainly evaluate the rest of the feedback and take up as many of these in coming release.
If you have any other feedback/ ideas or need support, feel free to reach out to us.Thanks,

Filter
Hello. Great job - you guys are improving your product all the time. Keep it up!
If you could investigate your filter system. It's not intuitive as it should be. I'm using Chrome and it remembers the last filter name when there is no name in the filter and I don't expect it to keep that previous name. Also, I have to go to Reset and/or Apply to clear it.
thanks

View Actual Time Spent on Card
To know the time spent working on card, one has to deduct the Total Blocked Time from the Total Working Time. This is tad cumbersome. It would be better if you can show the Actual Time Spent on the card directly OR exclude the Blocked Time from Total Working Time.

Fill automatically the 'current owner' field with the value 'unassigned'
It took me a long time to find out why I couldn't move my cards from the backlog to the kanban board. Then I realize that my cards were imported from a excel file, with the 'current owner' field blank, and I was using smart lanes based on the team member. In this case, swift-kanban doesn't recognize that blank is the of 'unsassigned' so the cards just can't be moved from the backlog. After I fill all the fields with the string 'unassigned' the problem was solved.

Get consolidated report with all Cards and their linked Tasks/To-Do
I would like to get a consolidated Report with all Cards and their related To-Do tasks, including the estimated/ actual/ remaining/ time per task.
The Report should also include the Archived Cards with the above info.
The current 'Timesheet Report' only show the In-Progress tasks.
such a report would enable better tracking and monitoring of a release status / progress, and for early detection of bottlenecks.

Provide ability to export the Release's tasks burn-down chart
The Release tab provides a nice burn-down chart of the To-Do tasks.
I would like to export the graph to excel (graph + its data), so I can add it to weekly reports.
Currently, I can only take screenshot for the chart...1 vote -
Release Planning with linked cards
It would be nice if when release planning I could move an epic card into a specified release and all of the linked child cards also move into that release without me having to move them individually.

This sounds a very good idea.Appreciate your taking time to provide us your valuable inputs. We’ll surely consider this in our future releases.
Thanks,

Median, 80%, 90%, and 95% thresholds for lead time & cycle time
For planning and performance management purposes, it would be valuable to be able to say "50% of requests are completed in 2.1 days or less, while 95% of requests are completed in 5.7 days or less".
This could be done either as marks on the existing distribution charts or as separate metrics altogether. Obviously would need to support filtering and so on.
Possibly the same metrics for work time, wait time, and blocked time would be useful as well.
For now, I'm going to hand-compute these values once I figure out how to get the details necessary exported. Thanks!

Make auto-scrolling an option
Today when I move a card to another lane via the drop-down menu, the window horizontally scrolls so that the new lane is visible.
I almost always want to stay where I am because I am processing a given lane's cards and moving them as appropriate.
This same auto-scrolling behavior takes place when I clean up some card type assignments. What I actually do is:
- Filter by card type
- Convert a given card to another card type
- The window auto-scrolls and I lose my place. The current behavior is very user-hostile in my opinion.
Thanks!

Provide Metrics or Reports for average time spent on each Blocking Reason Codes
The information would be very helpful for us, in order to identify our main blocking reasons.
Moreover, It would be very interesting, if we were able to export Excel that information. Thanks in advance.

When I move a card to another lane, don't automatically scroll to the new lane
This should be a setting in Preferences probably. I have a large board, and so when I move a card from one lane to another, the best way for me to do that is to use the drop-down Move menu on the card. This works great...UNTIL my view of the board scrolls over to the lane where I just moved the card.
So then I have to scroll back to where I was working and reorient myself to my next card (because not only did my view of the board scroll on me, but all the remaining cards in the…

display attachments as thumbnails
Most of our projects are graphics. It would be great if the attachments showed as thumbnails rather than a text list. And a larger preview opened in a lightbox or new window rather than downloading.
