  2. Functionality for cards in the Archive

    1. It would be great to be able to see card details in the archive
    2. Alternatively, It should be allowed to move cards back to the last column in a lane from the archive

    Hi Masa,

    1.Thanks for the feedback we added the feature request in backlog.

    2.For moving the cards from archive to last column we will request you to use the Add from Archive feature and move the card as required across board.

  3. Feature improvement request: Timesheet

    Hi,
    Currently, the timesheet report (and its export) doesn't show the Action status such as Pending/InProgress/Completed. It will be extremely useful to add that data.

    Also adding the column info would be Very Nice to have.

  4. Allow us to freeze the column headings when scrolling down the list of cards

    when scrolling down a long list of cards, you lose the column headings. Allow us to freeze them like you can in Excel spreadsheets so you can always see the column name when scrolling to the bottom of the page.

  5. How can cards be shared or pointed to between tables?

    Let's say I have Table A with Card-W on it and that I have Table B. I want to be able to either see Card-W from Table B or have a card on Table B, let's call it Card-R, linked to Card-W.

    How can I do that? In other words, I remember reading or hearing that Swift Kanban allows information to be shared between tables.

  6. Lane description format is lost after saving

    For a smart lane description (this may also happen with regular lanes). Type a description with a format such as the one bellow:

  7. Analytics improvements: Throughput

    It will be extremely helpful to add on the graph a vertical line while doing mouse over that also displays the average throughput between starts day on the graph and the number of days pointed with the mouse-over

    Also, It will be extremely helpful to add on the Throughput - Card Count header the Lane, Start column, End column. For example: instead or reading “Throughput - Card Count” it could read “Throughput - Card Count | Lane: UK Customer | From: Design | To: Internal Verification”

  8. Add the ability to move a column under another

    Currently, if you decide a column should be subordinate to another pre-existing column, you have to build out any splits/subordinates in the new hierarchy, then move cards, then delete the old column. Allow us to move the column as a subordinate/split under a preexisting column (with or without existing splits)

  9. CFD needs to show the entire board

    The CFD will only show one smart lane at a time. I would like to see all of the lanes at the same time and individually. My board has 36 smart lanes. I need to be able to see each smart lane separately and at the program level I need to see the cumulative status.

  11. I need to see how many hrs. billing I have done on last couple of month on date basis like SAP. Is there any facility available?

  12. More ways to update card position and assignee

    There are many places to view card details, but few places to update the most important attributes -- Assignee, Position, and Title:

    Linked cards diagram view
    Bulk edit view (in linked cards diagram)
    Linked cards tabular view (card > hierarchy > detail view in kanban board)
    Card > all cards (or card types) tabular view
    card details view (from linked card view

    Please allow me to update at least the card position(board/lane/column), assignee, and subject line.

    ...This is even more important in the table views where I might quickly update and assign child items of a specific effort hierarchy.

  13. Upload cards that are in progress or already done

    Hello,
    from one year I'm using an Excel in order to maintain all my activities. Now I'm switching to SwiftKanban, but I'm not able to import all my cards that are started or completed.

    If I've understood well, SwiftKanban is able to import cards that are not started yet, but it's not possible to import cards that are in progress or already done.

    Hi Gavino,

    You can import the existing in-progress cards on the board directly by using the export/import option.Please add new cards directly and select any column on the board reflecting the card’s current status.
    Please note all the analytics will reflected the time from the day the cards are imported only.

    In classical project management, you guess when features will be complete, promise the delivery date to the customer, and now that your scope and schedule are fixed, whip up the team to get the work done on schedule. As reality hits you in the face, you constantly shuffle features, or split features, to project a plan that you can meet. The constant re-planning is “waste” and the changing plan is disruptive.

  16. ToDo List now showing tickets per person properly

    Hi. I have a board with several users. When any user logs in as themselves and go to the ToDo list they all see my cards but not theirs even after filtering to request their own name only.

  17. Analytics: Cycle Time - ColumnWise Average Chart can't display all columns on board at once

    I have a board with 4 swim lanes. If I select all of them to be displayed I can only see the first three. The fourth one cannot be access and the only way to get to it is by unselecting another one.
    I'm using a MacBook Air with Sierra. Behavior is same on Safari, Chrome and Firefox.

  18. Allow swin lane policy banner to be displayed in full

    Hi,

    The swimlane policy banner text is truncated when it has large content. There's no way to show it all. Could you please make it's full display possible somehow? It could be a pop-up or other.

  20. Analytics improvements: Flow Efficiency header

    It will be extremelhy helpful to add on the header: Time Period, Lane, Start Column and End Column. Doing so reduces the need to look at the filter details. For example, instead of just reading "Flow Efficiency" it could read "Flow Efficiency | Daily | Lane: UK Customers | From: Ready | To: Done"
